When Chris Gryllis arrived in Orange fresh off the boat from Greece in 1962, he says he was “lucky enough to land in the best city of the best country”. Taking his luck into his own hands, Chris entered the real estate industry in 1974 before opening his own agency in 1977 with his wife Mosha.

Today Chris is a well-known figure throughout the region for specialising in commercial and industrial real estate. He has also been extensively involved in community, business, and charity service in the region. He has racked up nearly three decades on Orange City Council and more than four decades in Rotary.

His dedication to the Orange Region not only stems from the opportunity available, but also the remarkable people within the community. He describes the local industry as “consistent, reliable and always moving steadily upwards”.
